He communicates constantly through out the project making sure he hits the things that is necessary to make the job a success. We had gates and a spiral staircase to our finished attic installed. Took about a month from planning/discussion to install. It was worth the wait. The opening to our finished attic is pretty narrow but he was still able to make an indoor spiral staircase that is functional.
